Based in our 15000 sq feet factory in Vasai, we have complete in-house manufacturing and testing facilities for giving the best quality and latest products.
MILESTONES
- 1963 – Incorporation of the company in a small premises in Sewri, Mumbai
- Started making Tumbler type switches and sockets and small electrical parts
- Started production of Urea based Piano type switches and wiring accessories
- 1973 – Moved to a bigger factory premises in Goregaon
- 1980 – Commissioning of new factory making Switchgear products in Goregaon
- Started Lighting fitting and ancillaries division, manufacturing ballasts, patti fittings, Industrial fittings etc.
- Introduction of HPMV, HPSV, Metal Halide Street Lights and Flood Lights
- 1989 – Grant of ISI License IS 3854 for Switches by Bureau of Indian Standard
- 1995 – Grant of ISI license for Lamp Holder IS 1258
- 1996 – Grant of ISI license for Ceiling Rose IS 371
- 1998 – Grant of ISI license for Sockets and Plugs IS 1293
- 2005 – Achieved ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification for the company
- 2007 – Introduced Modular Switch Range made from Polycarbonate
- 2011 – Beginning of LED Lighting products
- Commissioning of 15000 sq factory premises at Vasai, with latest machinery and equipments
- 2020 – Grant of BIS License for LED Lighting products
INFRASTRUCTURE
The company boasts of complete in-house manufacturing capabilities.
We have Injection Moulding machines, Automatic Hydraulic Moulding Machines, Hand Moulding Machines, Shearer, Power Press, Cutting and bending tools, Shrink Packing Machine, LED Mounting Pick and Place Machine, 6 Zone Reflow Machine, Laser Marking Machine. All this is installed in our 15000 sq feet factory in Vasai under one roof.
